Has anybody in netland successfully used the Unix processors graph and plot to plot things on the Versatec printer/plotter??? According to the documentation, the option -Tver redirects graphic output to the Versatec. Hence, the following should work: % graph | plot -Tver This would take points inputted from the standard input, graph them and then plot them on the Versatec. I have been unsuccessful with this approach. Examples of successful attempts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mike Mail address bloomber@NOSC

I have a version of vplot (and a rotated version) that works on VAXen (sorry 11's, I use a big array for the bitmap). I can send it out to anyone interested. It has only a few minor problems (mainly, you get your choice of having multiple graphs roll up the pages, or one blank page between each graph) which I've been too lazy to fix, but it does work.... -- In-Real-Life: Chris Torek, Univ of MD Comp Sci (301) 454-7690 UUCP: {seismo,allegra,brl-bmd}!umcp-cs!chris CSNet: chris@umcp-cs ARPA: chris.umcp-cs@CSNet-Relay
