Our computing center is looking for software to track
modification requests and trouble reports. The system
should allow users to submit the reports interactively,
as well as manage the database it generates.
They want to run it on Unix, but it would be disreable
if it could also be adapted to VMS and VM.
Does anyone know of such software that is either commercially
available or in the public domain?
