[Visual needs Scrolling -- I need an aspirin ] HELP! Does anyone out there have the TERMINFO file for the Teletype 5420 terminal? I am trying to run vi on UNIX System V Release 2 on a VAX 11/780 and haven't gotten very far. I keep getting error messages like Visual requires scrolling. or Visual does not know enough about your terminal. I have tried converting a System V termcap file to the new format but have had only limited success. I am trying to bujild my own TERMINFO file because our UNIX support has given up on this problem (Now that's support-- "I don't know; Let me know when you find something."). Any and all quick help would be greatly appreciated. I am tired of messing with this and I'm ready to move on to my real work. The Teletype 5410 & 5420 terminfo entries are on pages TIPS-8 & 9 of the UNIX System V System Release Description 2.0 DEC Processors.
