[net.unix] DASI 450 problems at 1200 baud

I recently scrounged an old DASI 450 terminal (the real thing, not a
lookalike).  It can't handle 1200 BAUD, it loses output.  
This is true even when piping through 450.  This must be a common
problem, how is it beaten?
