[net.unix] Info on Unix call back wanted

About a month ago, there was discussion on usenet about how to have unix
call back a user, thus reversing the telephone charges.  Does anyone have
information on how to do this?  If anyone has archives of what was said,
could you please send them to me?  Thanx.
