[net.unix] XENIX and ratfor

          I don't know about XENIX, but VENIX (from Venturcom in
Cambridge) for my 11 comes with a ratfor that works into f77 that works
into C.  Those same folks sell VENIX for the IBM PC so it may well come
packaged the same way.

XENIX 3.0 does indeed include ratfor.
