[net.unix] echo, and csh empty files...

This has gone far enough.  I think that if I see another posting on
how to create an empty file in csh I will unsubscribe to this silly
newsgroup!  The best, and most logical way is this:

	cp /dev/null empty-file

Now, please, no more argument!

On our machine, /dev/null contains a list of phone numbers.  We found
a great way to put that into the kernel!
