Are any of these tools available in public domain on UNIX 4.2BSD ?

	1. Program Design Language (PDL) or any other design language tools
	2. Syntax directed editor.
	3. Kron Shell.
	4. Test tools to generated data.
	5. Tools to check branch coverage

Sorry, KRON is TV channel 4 in San Francisco, no affiliation with UCB.  As
for the Korn shell, it's not in 4.2 either.

2) Many of the various EMACS variants have some degree of syntax-directed
	editing, especially for LISP.

3) Korn Shell is NOT public domain - it's developed at AT&T Bell Labs,
	and based substantially on the Bourne Shell which is also not public
	domain.  However, the AT&T Toolchest sells it, and it runs very well on
	4.2BSD, Sys V Rel *, IBM mainframes running UNIX, ......
