[net.unix] vmstp

jle@ncsu.UUCP (Jamie Evans) (05/16/85)

While using 'vmstp' to copy about 6200 blocks of files, I
encountered the following problem. When I read the contents of the
tape back, I found out that the files under the current directory were
written correctly as were the names of nested directories. But the
files of the nested directories were not written to the tape. The
current documentation that we have dosen't mention anything special
about nested directories, so maybe I have missed something. I just
used the -cv options and even tried -P using the default block/record
sizes.
Any insight on the solution would be apprecited.
	Please mail responses.
	Thanks in advance.
