[net.unix] INFO-UNIX Digest V1#066

Have you noticed that we have been sent a large number (more than 2)
of empty digests for INFO-UNIX?  Does this imply that there were no
messages for that day, or that the software broke?  Hmmm...Does make
it easier to read though (none of that annoying text cloging up my
mailbox...)
