[net.unix] Wanted: S/W Problem Reporting tool

I am interested in hearing about any software problem reporting tools available
for use on UNIX. Both commercial and public-domain packages are interesting to
me. Of particular interest is any scheme that accepts reports from remote
machines as well as the local machine.
