[net.unix] Unix Record Locking info wanted

   I would really be very grateful if anybody can tell me about sources (articles, papers, etc) where I can find either in-depth information or even an overview of the method by which record locking has been implemented on the latest/modified versions of the Unix (et al) system(s).
