Any users of NCR Tower 1632 systems out there? I am going to be obtaining one, with a full release of SYSTEM III release 7. I am particulary interested in what kinds of problems I might expect with UUCP and NEWS software. I expect to eventually upgrade to SYSTEM V, but not for at least a year. If you have used them before, what is your reaction to the NCR Tower 1632 and their port of SYSTEM III? I am aware that there are faster processors out there than the MC68000. Thanks in advance, Kurt

Most people are not really aware that the NCR plant that engineered the TOWER, added SYSTEM III, and ported SYSTEM V Unix to the TOWER family machines is on the net in a big way.
