Anybody know if Microsoft has a version of WORD for UNIX? I am particularly interested in one for the SUN 3/50 and VAX (ie. 4.2 BSD machines). Ross Lavender ubc-vision!mdivax1!lavender

We have Microsoft Word for System V on a 3b2. I don't think anyone uses it, but I could attempt to answer questions. It seems to work, but it is a tremendous CPU hog (as is Microsoft Multiplan which we do use). We can't really use it because our terminals (Wyse-50s) our junk and can't handle the inverse underline and other modes correctly. -- James R.
