This is Victory in Net.Suicide Day! The forces of repression, led by rabbit!bimmler (whose true identity is traceable to an obscure research station somewhere in the verdant hills of Northern New Jersey) have been soundedly repudiated. The Underground Strike Force, operating out of net.religion (much to the dismay of the misguided pedants there) has scored a brilliant victory. While rabbit!bimmler and his mutant lackey cbosgd!ccf dealt with the diversionary threat posed by nmtvax!keaton, The Forces of Free Death stormed the newsgroup and returned sanity and serious pondering to the discussions found here. Let no one say that a newsgroup can be arbitrarily seized by keyboard wielding thimble-brains for their own purposes. Suicide is a deadly serious topic and as submissions from Lady Arwen and Enid Brown have proven, one deserving our revered consideration. Thank you all for your intelligent and possibly life-saving articles. Let this be a lesson to those of you who might consider using this public forum for your own ends. The Net is filled with considerate, caring, humanistic individuals who may chuckle at your childish attempts at attention mongering once, but to whom repeated submissions of that sort are a repugnant offering indeed. The Suicide 23 are now free! Let us get back to the serious business of discussing one of life's little headaches, suicide. Love to all, ---> Chuck A DeGaul <---
