I read a fairly controversial book this summer entitled: Savage God - A study of Suicide... can't recall who it's by at the moment but after discussing sylvia plath's life (a successful suicidist, in the end...however, she had several attempts), it goes into a history of suicide and presents some pretty interesting moral points (moral in the religious/conscious aspect). Points like, Christians in the beginning of Christianity being anxious to die to prove their point.... any other bookworms out there know of other such "controversial" books? judy illeman colorado state u (csu)
