I read a fairly controversial book this summer entitled:
Savage God - A study of Suicide... can't recall who it's by at the
moment but after discussing sylvia plath's life (a successful suicidist, in
the end...however, she had several attempts), it goes into a history of
suicide and presents some pretty interesting moral points (moral in the
religious/conscious aspect). Points like, Christians in the beginning
of Christianity being anxious to die to prove their point....
any other bookworms out there know of other such "controversial" books?
