#N:smu:21100002:000:414 smu!leff Nov 25 15:31:00 1983 It was recently reported (from the AP wire in our Campus Newspaper which for some reason runs various articles relating to non-school affairs) that a person in Texas is being prosecuted under a law making it illegal to aid and abet a suicide. This law was never used before. This was brought once before a grand jury who no billed it. It was brought again by a Judge Holmes where an indictment was brought in.
