The other night I went to see ``Bound For Glory'', a movie dramatization of Woody Guthrie's autobiography starring David Carradine at our local repertory theatre. Certainly lots of cosmic vibrations converging on a single point in the universe. So what is the short? It is a poet, (David Grizzem(sp?)), who says that this is his first and last movie, then talks about how he has spent his life not only shutting others from himself, but finally has blocked out his own feelings and now has to do it: he gives the name of a contact to whoever finds the film equipment, undresses and blows himself up with dynamite. The dust settles and there is nothing (i.e., no graphic blood and guts.) (Nothing in the content indicated satire.) *U*g*l*y*! Anyone out there in suicide-land know if this is for real? I asked a guy working at the theatre, he didn't know anything.
