I'm trying to change the baud rate on an AT&T 4425 terminal from the host, but it doesn't seem to work correctly. This is on system V, but I tried it on 4.2 BSD, and it still doesn't work. I have a file (actually my .profile) that says: echo "\033[1;3j\c" stty 9600 The behavior I get is that the terminal doesn't change baud rates. BUT, if I go into setup mode, the new baudrate I just set is displayed, and when I come back out of setup, the new baudrate is in effect. The host *does* change baudrates correctly. Is this a known bug in the terminal, and is there any way around it? Thanks, -- From the virtual mind of Allyn Fratkin allyn@UCSD.ARPA or UCSD EMU/Pascal Project {ucbvax, decvax, ihnp4} U.C.
