[net.info-terms] Wanted: Terminfo for Tektronix 4105,4107 & 4109

Can anyone give me the terminfo or termcap entries for the
Tektronix 4105, 4107 and 4109?  One of my users just got these
terminals and I would hate to have to write my own terminal
definitions.
