A mildly generous local company has donated a handful of ADDS Regent 30
terminals to us.  Not Regent 25, not Regent 40, but Regent 30.  The
generic Regent termcap *almost* works on them; it's largely correct
but rogue, for example, confuses the topmost and bottommost lines somewhat.
Anybody know anything about these beasts?

Turns out our problems with the generic Regent termcap on the Regent 30
were due to a slightly old /etc/termcap.  The Regents have a strange idea
of where the home position is, *when they are in interactive-conversation
mode*, so ho=^A is wrong (even if it appears to work in local-editing mode).
My thanks to Bob Larson of USC for informing me of this.

This having been solved, the Regent 30 turns out to be roughly a regent60.
