There are plenty of caves around Bloomington, Indiana (where we are journeying
Saturday, three days hence).

We'll be taking a group of a dozen or so Explorers from our Computer Explorer
Post (part of a program to help them be more well-rounded than bugeyed in
front of Plato terminals 12 hours/day).

Sullivan's cave has 12 miles of direct passages to "Beyond-the-Beyond" --
a 'bathtub' (14 inches of water in a 20 inch high 50 foot long passage) marks
the entrance to an additional 5 or so (?) miles which culminate in a room
larger than the theoretical maximum size for limestone rooms! We'll be
making an expedition that far back again on Aug. 21 or so.

Why caving? Because it's so eerily different. Just as adventurers enjoy
reading descriptions of cave rooms, DOING IT is even better.

Try it -- you'll like it.
