[net.sources] easier & correct Automated Mail Routing script submitted

As will often happen, you make that last second change  that
is  so  simple  that  it can't mess up the program (right?)!
Well I made such a  change  when  submitting  the  automatic
routing program (nmail) to net.sources.  I got a bit smarter
this time and I think that everything is completely  checked
out.   This  time  I  submitted one file that is a script to
create the separate files correctly and compile the  program
with minimal human interface.  Let me know if you use it and
run into any problems.  Hopefully you need only  type  nmail
