The bibliographic program "bib" that was distributed on the net
in net.sources unfortunately contained a couple int / long int declaration
bugs. In response to this, and in response to feedback on "features" that
people would like, an improved version of bib is in preparation. It should
be ready in two or three weeks. (After we install it on all the machines we
can get a hold of, and maybe one or two other friendly beta test sites.
Volunteers for the latter welcome).
