There follow in net.sources the code and manual page for an
"improved" version of the UNIX banner program.
It is a hack from a couple of years ago that I thought might
be of interest to someone in netland.
It seems to run on most anything that can compile C programs,
from 11/70 UNIX to VAX VMS. (Haven't tried it on a 3B...)
