[net.sources] Looking for dm.c

Here at OSU, we are linking many terminals to many machines through a couple
of `front ends' that will allow a person to talk to many different machines
from one terminal.  This setup requires some of the modem control signals
that `dh' doesn't have.  Does anyone have the sources to `dm.c' and if so
would you send them to us?
