[net.sources] WARP fix that works !

	I took the advice of a recent reply to the WARP cursor problem
	where the down movements distort the display.  I defined the do=
	function in termcap (down cursor) for my vt100 to:

		do=2\E[B

	This did the trick!!  Thanks to everyone who has spent the time
	to find a fix!
