[net.music] WHO IS IT?

ibyf@ihlpa.UUCP (Scott) (01/08/86)

I am having a "discussion" with a friend of mine.
We were wondering, who is the guy standing next to Harry Belefonte
(in the _We_are_the_World_ video) ?
He's wearing black rimmed glasses and is on Harry's right (your left).
He looks like Dan Ackroyd (in the video)
I say it's the drummer from Huey Lewis' group
She says its Elton John

My brother? I always thought of him as mom and dad's science project.

The person standing next to Harry is indeed Dan Ackroyd.

Wrong Again! That's Elwood Blues in the video (half of the now-defunct
Blues Brothers.) His harmonica solo was edited out of the song due to
time limitations. (That's how I heard it.) :-)
