Ok, here it is at last. Several programs, man files, diff listings, etc.
to help maintain and access a database of backed-up-file names. This was
brought together rather suddenly, so I hope this is complete. I am sending
out a total of 4 submissions to net.sources with all the stuff in 'em. Let
me know if there's problems.
