[net.sources] Wanted: `Tcsh' info

I encountered a notice, about a week and a half ago, concerning the posting
of the source for a vamped up csh, called tcsh.  I've seen neither hide nor
hair (scent nor fewmet?) of the source since.  Does anyone know about the
origin, fate of, or content of tcsh?  I'm curious about it, and would
appreciate more information.
