[net.sources] news 2.10.2 src part 5, part 7

We did not receive part 1 of the 2.10.2 news distribution.  In
addition, parts 5 and 7 seem to have been truncated as follows (only
1829 lines).  Could 1, 5, and 7 be retransmitted?

There couldn't be a bug in 2.10.2 postnews, now, could there?
