[net.sources] Hack on System V & Release 2

Has anyone been able to `produce' Hack on System V Release 1 OR 2?

If you have compiled Hack on the above systems on a VAX or 3B
*please* contact me.

Some MAJOR problems I found:
	-	doesn't understand "#if BSD"
	-	no wait.h include file
