The following termcap entry puts the status line on line 25 of the Wyse-85 terminal(*). I call my Wyse85 a "vt200", but the entries won't work on a real VT220/240 because they take advantage of the extened command set provided by Wyse- you may have to rename the entries. This entry should work fine for practically anything (even any software with hard-coded 24 line screens!). Enjoy! * The Wyse85 is a compatible superset of the dec VT220. It has 25 lines, a larger screen, and programmable shifted AND UNSHIFTED FUNCTION KEYS!!! The emulation is pretty darn good, (although control-space isn't ^@), and I love the thing (the price is right, too: we paid $525 ea. for 3)(**). ** Neither my Company nor I are afficliated with Wyse or its distibuters.
