> Night Flight on Saturday, I am beginning to wonder...

What do you have against Kate's video of "Wuthering Heights"? I think
all of her videos (with the exception of "Them Heavy People") are great.
Kate Bush's videos aren't the best there is, but they are among the
best.

Peter Gabriel's videos are the best. His videos for "I Don't Remember"
and for "Shock The Monkey" are just stunning. But you must keep in mind
that Peter Gabriel has much more money to spend on videos and hires real
film makers to help him design his videos. Kate Bush's videos are all
designed and choreographed by herself. Also, the "Wuthering Heights"
video was made in 1978 -- long before many people were making videos.
At that time, most musicians vision of a video was for them to pretend
to sing and play their instruments on a stage, while the record played.
Kate Bush was doing something completely unique, and it is still unique,
because no one has decided to copy her.

In any case, her best videos are more recent ones: "Breathing" and "Sat
In Your Lap" are masterpieces. Also of note are "Army Dreamers", "The
Dreaming", "Egypt", "Ran Tan Waltz", and "Another Day".

Other people that make great videos are Laurie Anderson and The
Residents.

Who else make good videos?

"You know? They're grow mechanical trees.
They grow to their full height.
And then they chop themselves down."
