[net.sources] Large file truncation in micro emacs source

The MICRO EMACS source was cut off where I am (DOCKMASTER)
in the middle of word.c -- function inword().

The source is missing at least one more file, "ed.h".

Please repost the missing parts for those of us who wish to "have fun 
with it".

Could you also let me know WHICH C compiler you used to make it so I can
guess what constructs to fix?
