I've just tried to unshar part 1 of the new patch distribution. I've found that the first part was truncated. I've checked it on 2 machines and the article ends in the same place on both. They are both fed from ihnp4 one directly and one through one hop (iwsam). It is probably either a problem on the posting machine or someone in the path: Path: iwtpu!iwsam!ihnp4!cbosgd!ukma!psuvm.bitnet!psuvax1!burdvax!sdcrdcf!lwall From: lwall@sdcrdcf.UUCP (Larry Wall) Newsgroups: net.sources Subject: patch version 1.5, kit 1 of 2 Message-ID: <2922@sdcrdcf.UUCP> Date: 2 Aug 86 04:13:32 GMT Reply-To: lwall@sdcrdcf.UUCP (Larry Wall) Organization: System Development Corporation R&D, Santa Monica Lines: 2237 Lines in file as received: ========= 1652 -- ________________________________________________________________________________ From the sleepy terminal of Darryl Baker ihnp4![laidbak|iwtpu|iwvaf]!dpb
