[net.sources] Corrected ZMODEM sz.c for 4.x BSD

The previous net posting of the ZMODEM sending program sz.c had a number of
serious bugs that prevented error recovery on 4.x BSD systems.  The version
below fixes this problem.  There may still be a problem in some environments
that require XON/XOFF flow control because BSD does not appear to allow
flow control AND 8 bit output at the same timel the "l" flag may be used to
get around this.
