[net.sources] ncode...

nadya@dartvax.UUCP (Nadya M. Labib) (08/30/86)

I took the original poster's advice, and came up with some interesting light
bulbs jokes using his 'ncode' program. Here are some of my results:

How many DEC repairmen did it take to leave a light bulb alone?
How many cats does it take to screw in a light bulb?
How many <ethnic group> would it take to screw up a light bulb?
How many hamsters would it take to leave a light bulb alone?
How many policemen did it take to leave a light bulb alone?
How many dogs would it take to think of these stupid jokes?
How many mathematicians did it take to screw in a light bulb?
How many cats would it take to screw in a light bulb?
How many Jewish Mothers would it take to think of these stupid jokes?
How many light bulbs did it take to think up these stupid jokes?

The last one's a kicker, eh?

Oh, anyone want to think up some answers to these imminent questions?

Does this junk belong in net.sources? I mean really! Sorry
for this posting (repirmand), it should go in net.sources.d,
but the original poster probably doesn't read it ...

Junk! Return to your cubby-hole! This was an execelent program
that I expect will provide hours of amusement! What's more, it's
flexible! You can make it do anything!

He may, or he may not, but, YOU should have set the Followup-To
flag in YOUR message! (Note, I've done so.)

Someone has sweated over a program, developed it, and finally was
nice enough to share it with us. And YOU sit there belittling
his effort! I hope YOUR submissions receive the same kind of
	'praise' that YOU give out!
