Has he even been indicted? Then he's innocent, and he's done nothing illegal. This sounds suspiciously like "whatever you do is OK as long as you don't get caught." Hmmm. Do you REALLY mean that? The operative word is "considered". The legal system "treats" you (ideally) as though you were innocent, more or less, until you are convicted.
