First, if anyone would like a copy of the rules that I have posted previously,
let me know and I'll mail them to you.
Second, if you find yourself missing from the ladder, let me know(or if you'd
like to join). Also, if there is a shorter mailing address, tell me about it.
All addresses posted are from ihnp4.
Third I wasnt sure if I should post rankings by login or name. Any opinions?
Fourth, I have recognized a possible gripe people might have if they were
unlucky and ended up at the bottom of the ladder. I could think of only one
solution to this problem. So I temporarily placed myself at the top of the
ladder. I will accept all challenges and give you choice of color. This is a
one time offer. There are two cases:

a)win: Your new rank will be...
-above me
-below other whites who have already beaten me
-below other blacks who have already beaten me
b)draw: Your new rank will be...
-below me
-above other whites who have already drawn me
-below other blacks who have already drawn me
c)lose: Your new rank will be...
-near the bottom
-above other whites who have already lost to me
-below other blacks who have already lost to me
2)You chose black and...

Everyone will be given this opportunity once. You need not take it. The result
will only effect your ranking. I will not be participating in the ladder
tournament until I complete all these games. The results of these games will
only indirectly effect my ranking. My intent is to put a reasonable ordering
into the rankings in a short period of time. I hope I've been fair about the
whole thing, otherwise send suggestions to me very quickly. Other than that, allother rules regarding challenges still hold true. The first ranking list is
given below(in order of receiving your entry). Updates will be posted whenever
there is a change.
