Great (& not-so-great) Interviews No, I did not catch the Cindy Lauper interview with Johnny Carson or David Letterman (DL) but I did catch the memorable DL interview with Nastasia Kinski. The interview could have been passed off as just another uncomfortable DL interview (I do like DL but an interviewer he's not), however, Nastasia chose to wear her hair in kind of a "ravaged beehive" style this particular evening and DL and the audience couldn't seem to leave her alone about it (it WAS a mess). Nastasia then became visibly annoyed and all this added up to a "helluvanawkward" interview. As if this weren't enough( and don't you think it oughtta be) John Cande came out later in the show wearing his hair in mimic of the classic Kinski bouffant. Good stuff. Peter F. Apparently they cut out a portion (the scene jumped, and they bottom of the screen said "Edited"). The good Doctor was incomprehensible except to his fans. I wish they'd have him on again.
