+ All My Children - April 30th Candy and Donna have dinner at the GoalPost. Candy tells Donna that she is in love with Tom. Later, Tom comes over and asks to talk to Candy in his office. He tells her that Brooke is going to use the fact that she found them together (although it was totally innocent) against him in the custody suit. He tells her that at least until the suit is over, they can "only be friends." He asks her to see if she can find out anything from Donna about Brooke that he can use. While she was gone, Zach showed up and sat down with Donna. After Candy returns, Donna realizes that she is pumping her about Brooke. She tells her to stop. Zach goes into Tom's office and tells him that he has a proposition for him. Adam-2 tells Erica that Bonnie "is my only friend" and asks her to apologize to her. Erica tries to, but Ellen and Bonnie have left already. She talks to Ross about Adam and asks "Is he mentally unbalanced?" Ross tells her about the blackouts Adam had suffered previously. He asks her to try to be understanding. Later, Adam (now back to normal) comes in and when she mentions Bonnie, he says "who??". Later, Erica gets a phone call from Mike, but she hangs up when she hears someone listening on the extension. Alfred and Tad get into it at the Student Grill over Hilary. Jenny stops them before it gets violent. Later, Hilary comes in and talks with Jenny for awhile. Jenny tells her about Tad/her father and how rough it was for Tad. Bob comes in and Tad asks him to ask Hilary out and tell her how great he is. Bob and Hilary go to the GP for dinner. They are really hitting it off when Tad, using the pay phone, calls the GP and leaves a message for Bob that there is an emergency at home. After Bob leaves, Tad moves in and offers Hilary a ride home. After they arrive at the Wallingfords, they talk and then (surprise!) they kiss.
