+ All My Children 5/2 Phoebe cuts Langley off (his allowance) for lying to her about his talk with Hillary. She tells him that she will cut him off completely if she catches him in one more lie. Dottie asks Hillary if Tad is in love with her. Hillary tells her that she doesn't think so, but that she can't stand him. Dottie asks her if she is sure. Dottie says that she thinks Hillary may be attracted to him, but she won't admit it. Dottie says, "I will never let him go." Dottie returns home to find Tad/Edna waiting for her. Later, she gives Tad $500 for a down- payment on a car. They make a date for the next morning at 8 at a motel. After Tad leaves, Dottie throws her birth control pills away. The next morning, while waiting at the motel for Tad, she fantasizes about his happy reaction when she tells him she is pregnant. Tad, when he arrives, tells her that he has to hurry as he has a test in an hour. Meanwhile, Edna, while going through the trash looking for her mail, finds the birth control pills. Mike calls for Erica and Adam tells him to stay away from her or else. When Joanna tells him that she went out, he storms out looking for her. Ross tells Joanna that if she doesn't watch it, he will send her packing to Chicago. She tells him, "If push comes to shove, I call the shots around here." Meanwhile Erica is at Mark's and tells him what has been going on. He tells her she shouldn't call Mike or it could lead to trouble. He leaves after getting a call from Ellen that Bonnie wants him. Erica initiates a call to Tibet. While she is waiting, Adam arrives and he is madly jealous. She cancels the call and tells him that there is no other man in her life. When they return home, he tells her about the 10,000 acre cattle ranch he has bought her. He also persuades her to move the cocktail party to the Chateau. Mark tells Ellen that he believes Bonnie's story and that he is "going to stick my nose in this thing." He goes to the Chandler's and asks Ross if he can look around.
