OK! we all know that "V" was a total ripoff. It ripped off your time, my time, the sponsor's time and now the net's time. BUT, do we realize where it was ripped off from? As we all know, The first Star Trek movie was originally a 1 hour episode, NOMAD, stretched into 2 plus hours. Too bad they forgot to include additional plot. "V" stretched a black and white half hour series into several nights over two seasons with the same disregard for the need of additional plot. Question: Which episode of what series did "V" come from. BONUS QUESTION: what was the last line of the original half hour show? To limit the number of flames let me acknowledge up front that "V" stole a lot of things from a lot of places. A habit not new to Hollywood. My question is directed at where the original plot was used on network tv. Send replies to net.tv. Please remember the net.jokes reply algorithm. Pick a number between 2 and 10. If you don't see "your" reply in that time you can post a reply without fear of redundant duplication of repeat answers :-) Greg (fellow potato head)
