Does anyone remember watching an episode of Outer Limits, et al, that
was about astronauts landing on Neptune or Pluto -- over a period of
several months they gradually began to notice that a creature they
thought was inanimate, is actually moving very slowly. More time goes by
and when next the astronauts see the creature it actually begins
to chase them -- they run away to their spaceship and blast off for earth.
However, when they land the people who open their spaceship think the
astronauts are dead because what has actually happened is that their
time sense has slowed down while they were on Pluto and now they move
so slowly that earth people can't see them move at all (obviously the
upshot of all this is that the astronauts had been chased by the creature
because they were moving as slowly as it was -- you get the idea).
I'm pretty sure this wasn't a Twilight Zone as I couldn't find it in the
Twilight Zone book.

That story you desribe, Trisha, about the astronauts landing on Neptune or
Pluto and getting their whole time-sense screwed up was definitely not an
episode of THE OUTER LIMITS. I've seen every episode of that show and don't
recall any one like that. I also don't recall any TWILIGHT ZONE episode with
that plot. Perhaps it was SCIENCE FICTION THEATER? That's a show that I'm not
very familiar with, and none of my reference works cover it, so it could well
be it. Most other shows I'm pretty familiar with.
