[net.tv] St. Elsewhere Premieres Prematurely... anyone want a summary?

According to both my TV Guide & local TV listing, St. Elsewhere was a repeat
last night.  However, thanks to the miracle of videotape, I noticed that the
Season Premiere was last night.  Knowing how many SE fans are out there, I
thought I'd contribute a capsule summary if you'd like one (form letter --
sorry, no personalized copies :-) ).
