In PA any vehicle that is deemed worthwhile that is seized by the police is used by the State for about a year before it is sold at auction. Back in the early 70's (the first 55 mph push) a State Police barracks in York PA had a hay truck used for radar traps. I heard of a Lamborghini used by the Harrisburg barracks. mikey at trsvax
