That's a good point though... there was a lot of good stuff out in the '60s, and little of it is in syndication. "Twilight Zone", "Outer Limits", "Bonanza", "Gilligan's (Ugh) Island", "Lucy", etc. The only things I can think of is that a lot of the 60's stuff was still in black and white, and there might have be some legal problem on residuals; they weren't included in the contracts back then, and later legal decisions may affect the syndication of some of these. One point in the 60's series favor: back then, they didn't order 13 weeks of a series at a time... they ordered a full season! In some cases, this was 35+ episodes per year! Doesn't take long to build up a large stock for syndication. They should come up with an anthology scheme; "Combat" one week, two sitcoms the next, etc. What I wouldn't give to see episodes of "Twelve O'Clock High" again...
