<Sometimes the songs that we sing are just songs of our own> This is from the "Insignifica" column 6/7/85 issue of THE BEAT, a Boston local music magazine: "... Who is SETH JACKSON and why does his ""Atomic Bomb" feature speed rock at its finest? The good lyrics and bouncy boogie-woogie piano, coupled with some splendid guitar riffs, produce a fine initial effort. Or is it? Be on the Seth Jackson alert..." I don't know if Seth has seen this yet, since he's travelling this week. I have heard the song, though (WAAF, 107.3 Worcester, MA plays it on its "Bay State Rocks" show Sunday nights), it's called "Atomic Bop", and for you triviatics, the lyrics don't include the title. When Seth gets back to work maybe he'll give details. As far as I know WAAF is the only station with a tape copy, so for those of you out in Massachusetts netland, listen for it Sunday night or request it at (617)931-1577. - Dave Coleman "That's the way it's been in town Ever since they tore the jukebox down"
