Hi, I'm new to the net & I have a quick question about cartoon
history for the experts. Does anyone remember a couple of cartoon
characters named Biggy Rat & Itchy Brother. They were a team of bad
guys. Itchy brother was a mangy lion who was always scratching himself.
I think these two might have been part of Linus The Lionhearted's show
(remember Post cereals?), or else possibly Dick Tracy. Was Itchy Brother
Linus's brother?? Any ideas?!?

"Linus the Lionhearted" is correct! Biggy Rat, and his unwashed henchman Itchy Brother (the King's brother) hassled the King endlessly in the kingdom of Bongo Kongo. Linus' Prime Minister, by the way, was a skunk by the name of Odey Colognee -- or something like that. --Lauren--
